I come from an Italian-Ecuadorian family, where my Italian mom instilled in me a passion for cooking and good eating. After working as a software engineer for 10 years, I made a decision in 2002 to leave my job and stay at home raising my kids. When both my kids were attending school full-time, I choose to start my own business. Belmondo Foods was launched from my home kitchen in Melbourne, Florida on December 2004. My husband and kids help label and box products to take to craft fairs and farmer's markets throughout Brevard County on weekends.

The idea behind Belmondo Foods is to offer products that are healthy and allow for easy-to-prepare delicious dishes. These products are made in small batches with the highest quality fresh ingredients and without additives or preservatives.
