Creamy Pesto Ravioli
Instructions

Cook ravioli following pakage-recommended directions, and drain.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil, the garlic and sautee until golden. Add the chopped boiled ham and cook for a couple of minutes. Remove from skillet into a bowl.

In the same skillet stir in the half and half and season with pepper. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir in the pesto, the Parmesan cheese, and the ham into the half and half, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Cook for 3 minutes.

Lower the skillet temperature and pour the ravioli into the skillet. Mix evenly for a couple of minutes

Serve hot and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

20 ounces pre-packaged Ravioli

2 cloves garlic

4 onces chopped boiled ham

1 cup + 2 tablespoons half & half

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
