InstructionsSpread all slices of bread with butter. On skillet or grill place four bread slices, butter sides down. Top with beef, pesto
and cheese. Cover with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
Cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes, turning once, until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
