  Description:\nGather your friends and head over to Belmondo Foods’ Kitc
 hen for an afternoon of fun and delicious Spanish cuisine. You’ll enjoy 
 working alongside other foodies learning about the authentic ingredients t
 hat lend rich and distinctive flavors to Spanish regional dishes.\n\nWhat 
 to Expect:\nIn this class you'll work together with other students in a fu
 n\, hands-on environment led by Carmen\, a longtime foodie.\n• Class wil
 l be 3 to 3 1/2 hours\n• Some dishes will be prepared ahead of time to s
 ave time\n• Minimum number of students to start the class is 4\n• Maxi
 mum number of students is 6\n• You will be standing\, cooking and workin
 g for most of the class\; please wear comfortable shoes\n• Water/red win
 e sangria will be served\n\nFood allergies - Please contact me before the 
 class. Adjustment to recipes if applicable can only be made before the cla
 ss\n\nCancellation and Transfer Policy:\nA full refund (minus 2.9% process
 ing fees) will be issued only when a cancellation is done 7 days prior to 
 the class start date. Cancellations 5 - 3 days prior to the scheduled clas
 s will incur a 50% fee\, or the option to reschedule or transfer your spot
  to someone else who can attend the scheduled class. For cancellations wit
 hin 48 hours of the scheduled class the full amount of the class will be f
 orfeited and no option to reschedule will be available.\n\nA minimum of 4 
 participants is required to run a scheduled class.  In the event that min
 imum numbers are not met or sickness\, Belmondo Foods reserves the right t
 o reschedule the class or refund in full. In the event the class is resche
 duled\, participants will be notified up to 7 days prior and no later than
  48 hours before the class.\n\nCancellation of a private event greater tha
 n 2 weeks by the client\, the deposit is refunded or the possibility to re
 schedule to another date. Cancellation within 2 weeks of scheduled event w
 ill incur a 25% fee.\n\nReserve your seat(s) by booking below.\nOnce your 
 booking is approved you will receive a confirmation email with a link for 
 class payment.
