• Mexican tomato rice
• Milk and/or water
In this kids Mexican Workshop, young chefs will enjoy working alongside classmates and learning some easy to prepare Mexican staples; recipes that they will be able to make for/with family and friends. Before class starts Carmen, the instructor, will cover basic knife baking skills, reading recipes and the importance of kitchen safety. The students will gain confidence in the kitchen as we practice different techniques from making churros to preparing/assembling the enchiladas.
Share your passion for cooking by treating your little loved one to a culinary experience they’ll fondly remember.
This class is for children ages 9-15
